Delivery process
How it works
ROKOIO manages the full supply chain without unnecessary intermediaries.
Clearly defined project stages — from the first design to building handover.
Five project stages
Each stage is managed with quality control and clear responsibility toward the customer.
-
Design
Project requirements, digital preparation and material specifications.
Digital documentation and layouts prepare an accurate basis for production.
-
Production
Prefabrication of structural components in a controlled manufacturing process.
Components are prepared at the production plant before transport to site.
-
Transport
Delivery of prepared building components to the construction site.
Logistics of structural components to the site.
-
Assembly
On-site assembly by ROKOIO assembly teams.
Dry mechanical assembly without welding.
-
Handover
Project completion and handover of the delivered building.
Handover of the finished project including agreed documentation.
Coordination and responsibility
The full process is managed with ROKOIO’s own resources — with quality control at every stage.
- Direct collaboration with the customer without unnecessary intermediaries
- Quality control across design, production, transport and assembly
- Clearly defined contractual responsibility toward the customer
